Rhino Rack Roof Rack Review - 2009 Pontiac G6- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2009 Pontiac G6 we're going to be installing Rhino-Rack's Roof Rack System. We're using the Vortex Aero Crossbars, Part Number RRVA126S-2. These also come in black, Part Number RRVA126B-2, Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Legs, Part Number RRRLKVA, and the Pontiac Custom Fit Kit, Part Number DK067.This roof rack system from Rhino-Rack, along with the custom fit kit, will allow you get it right on top of your vehicle without any factory crossbars or roof rails. It'll work with accessories such as bike racks, cargo carriers, cargo baskets, and many of your other favorite accessories.These are 49" long bars with an elliptical aerodynamic design. Each end cap has a locking mechanism to help deter theft, and when you remove the end cap you can access the T-slot, so all of your T-slot accessories should work fine. While the end cap is in place there's no way for it to be removed. more

Thule Crossroad Roof Rack Installation - 2005 Pontiac Vibe- Video
Today on our 2005 Pontiac Vibe, well be test fitting the Thule Square Load Bar System using the 50 inch bars with part number THLB50 and the Thule Crossroad Roof Mounted Roof Railing Foot Pack, part number TH450. With our roof rack assembled according to the instructions, well begin our test fit by placing the front bar onto the front part of our roof. Well go ahead and set the bar, so our foot packs are in place around our side rails. Since we dont have very much side rail to work with, well go ahead and scoot our foot packs all the way up to the front. Well find a fixed point on the side rails to align our feet and then we can check for even bar overhang on each side of our vehicle. Well take the strap, bring it around the bar back into the foot pack and use the included tool to tighten it in place. more

Thule AeroBlade Crossroad Roof Rack Installation - 2008 Pontiac Vibe- Video
Alright on this 2008 Pontiac Vibe, we're going to do a test fit of Thule Roof Rack System. We will be using a Thule Rapid Aero Foot Pack and a Thule AeroBlade Load Bars 47 inches wide. Okay, we're going to start off with our test fit with our roof rack already assembled according to the instructions. So what I'm going to do is put it on the factory roof rack. We'll start of by placing the load bar in the center of the factory roof rack where there is most room and then we'll go ahead and slide it up towards the front. To make sure that our load bars are square, we'll measure from the edge of the factory roof rack to the center of the foot pack on both sides. more

Thule Crossroad Roof Rack Installation - 2008 Pontiac Vibe- Video
Alright, today on this 2008 Pontiac Vibe were going to do a test fit of the Thule Crossroad roof rack using part #: thlb50 and #: th450. Were going to start off with our load bars already assembled according to the instructions, so all we have to do is place them on the factory roof rack. Well start by placing our first load bar in the middle of the roof rack, then scoot it towards the front. Now to square up our bars were going to measure off an edge off the factory roof rack to the center or the Crossroads foot pack. In this case well be using a measurement of 3 inches, but this measurement will vary depending on the type of accessories that you will use. With the load bar in the correct spot well make sure that the bar is even on both sides. more

Thule Crossroad Roof Rack Installation - 2007 Pontiac Torrent- Video
Today on our 2007 Pontiac Torrent well be test fitting the Thule crossroads roof rack system using part #: th450 and #: thlb50. With our crossbars already preassembled were ready to go ahead and fit it to the vehicle. Well begin by simply setting the front crossbar in a place over the side rails, well line up the small black triangle on each of the feet directly over the side rails. Well then use the rubber coated steel straps to bring it around and hook it to the foot pad. We can then use the included tool within each foot to tighten down and secure the crossbar. With our front crossbar secured to the vehicle were now ready to move on to the rear crossbar. more

Thule Traverse Roof Rack Installation - 2009 Pontiac Vibe- Video
Today we will be working on this 2009 Pontiac Vibe, and we will be test fitting a Thule Roof Rack System. We will be using the 50 load bars and the Traverse Foot kit. We already have our load bar assemblies put together, and now were ready to mount them on the vehicle. First we need to open the drivers and the passengers side front doors. Now we are ready to place our load bar assembly up on top of the roof. To position the front assembly we will measure 15 from the front of the windshield seal to the leading edge of the Traverse feet on both sides of the vehicle. more
